4. Trading Services Bitbance.ai offers two types of trading services:

4.1 Manual Trading Users can trade manually by selecting assets, placing trades, and managing their positions.

Users bear full responsibility for their trading decisions, including any resulting profits or losses.

4.2 AI Automated Trading Bitbance.ai provides an AI-powered automated trading system designed to execute trades on your behalf.

The AI system has an accuracy rate of approximately 94%, but no trading system guarantees profits.

In rare cases where AI trades result in losses (approximately 6%), Bitbance.ai covers these losses through internal mechanisms.

Users understand and accept that AI trading involves inherent risks and that past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Risk Disclosure Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments carries significant risk. Prices may fluctuate widely, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Bitbance.ai is not liable for any losses incurred.

6. User Responsibilities You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You shall not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s functionality or security.

7. Fees and Payments Details of any fees, charges, or commissions will be clearly provided on the Platform.

Users are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with their use of the services.

8. Bonuses

8.1 Sign Up Bonus New users will receive a Sign Up Bonus upon successful account registration and KYC verification.

The Sign Up Bonus will only become eligible for withdrawal once the user makes a minimum deposit of $100 into their account.

8.2 Referral Bonus Users can earn a Referral Bonus by inviting others to join Bitbance.ai through their referral link.

The Referral Bonus becomes withdrawable only when:

• The referring user deposits a minimum of $100 into their own account.

• The referred user also deposits a minimum of $100 into their account.

9. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, software, and materials on Bitbance.ai are the property of Bitbance.ai or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

10. Privacy Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

12. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform for violations of these Terms or any unlawful behavior.
